Shuopu Machining Service Factory was established. The factory covered an area of 2,500㎡. And the CNC machining equipment included a total of 16 sets with gantry machining center, horizontal machining center, vertical machining center, and drilling machine, etc.
Welding service factory was established. The plant covers an area of 2,000 ㎡ and the maximum commission capacity is 20 tons. ShuoPu started to explore the "Welding - Machining" one-stop service method.
The Welding Service factory was merged with the Machining Service factory, and the total plant area was expanded to 12,000 ㎡. At the same time, the CNC machining equipment quantity was increased to 27 units, and the maximum lifting capacity was increased to 50 tons.
Through several years of technical improvement and service upgrade, Shuopu has been recognized by the majority of customers. In order to increase the production capacity, welding robots were assembled, and the production capacity was increased by 50%.
In order to continue the high-quality core culture and achieve service and quality upgrades, Shuopu staffs have carried out professional skills training. The main welders have certified by CCS certification, and the inspectors have obtained the UT and RT inspection qualifications.
With excellent manufacturing capabilities and perfect services, Shuopu has forged ahead in this difficult year in the world.
The production base was relocated and was expanded to 36,000 ㎡ and a large outdoor storage yard of 12,000 ㎡ was set up.

To meet the growing production demands, ShuoPu has constructed a new 7800㎡ intelligent workshop adjacent to the existing factory for the manufacturing of metal parts.
